The materials used for the construction of the building are purchased from reputed companies.For example Rajuri 500TMT steel and Ultratech Cement.

We have done a soil test before our construction so that we can make a good Structural design. Soil test is extremely important that is gives an idea on how to do the footing work, bearing capacity of the soil, density of soil and chemical and physical composition of the soil.
Black soil is extremely dangerous for the building. Black soil shrinks and expands which sometimes breaks the concrete. So we have made sure that all the black soil is removed for the footing work.

CEMENT
We use branded Ultratech cement for building as it has good strength. We do the cube test of the slab from the government testing lab. If the strength of the cement is maintained, the leakage rate will be less and the life of the building will be extended.

COVER
As technically required we have used 20 mm to 50 mm cover for footing, columns, beams and slabs. If the proper cover is not used, after some years the steel will become exposed and it will grab rust and it might be dangerous for the building.

The entire centering work is done in plywood material. The strength of the concrete is affected when the cement water escapes from the joint while making the concrete. So we use glass putty (Lambi) to join both the plywood and cement so that it doesn't get any rust.

We have used steel manufactured with German technology. Quality ribs keep the grip of the concrete strong. Steel with better and uniform tensile strength. Equivalent weight and better flexibility. Better surface bonding with cement.

Baked red clay brick is used after all the tests. The use of red clay brick keeps the room temperature maintained.

Each red brick wall is attached to the RCC work by rebarring a four foot column with steel bars and 4" concrete seals. Therefore, the wall is not separated from the RCC work and the columns and beams are paved at regular intervals. The joints do not split.

Before plastering, we apply hammer patches to the concrete work area and apply rough coat of latex chemicals , cement and crush sand mixer , as this gives the plaster a excellent grip.
Uses welded mesh or fiber mesh to the joints of beams, columns with red clay brik work. So that the wall joints does not fall apart.
From the date on which the room or a wall is plastered, we can give the plaster curing properly.
Before plastering, electric pipes are concealed in construction. The pipes are also filled with plaster material by placing chemicals and plastering with welded mesh or fiber mesh on it.

After plastering the wall, the roughness remains on the walls, to remove this 3 to 4 mm gypsum is applied on the plaster, so that the walls looks attractive.

We use first quality vitrified tiles of right size and marble design from the reputed company.

Electric material of reputed company is used in the building. We design all electrical work from an approved electric consultant so there is no risk of electric work.

Plumbing work is done with a design from a plumbing consultant. Verified company material is used for plumbing work. Toilet and bathroom pipes are laid only when the slab work of the building was in progress. Water proofing coating of bathrooms and toilets is done with standard quality material of verified company and its has guarantee for the same. Sanitary ware of good quality companies are used in all bathrooms.

The texture coat is applied on the exterior plaster so that the building looks attractive and the life of the plaster gets extended. Because of this the plaster will not crack and there will not be any leakage problem from outside.
